Conference Description:
Join us in Nashville, Tennessee, July 9-12, 2024, for an unforgettable professional development event and share your strategies, struggles and successes during four days of learning, collaborating and networking. We offer hundreds of sessions on topics from CTE, math and literacy to addressing the effects of poverty and trauma and ensuring equitable access to quality instruction. Take home actionable strategies to advance your K-12 school improvement efforts and raise student achievement.
Principal Act Requirements:
Principals and assistant principals may earn up to 20 clock hours toward the Principal Act high-quality professional learning program requirement. To receive credit, you must register in PowerSchool Professional Learning (see number below) and submit the 2024 SREB Making Schools Work Conference APLDS Clock Hour Documentation Form (see form below) no later than July 31, 2024.
Please note that you are responsible for tracking your own hours of attendance and documenting the hours by submitting the documentation form. Submissions are accepted via email to Dr. Anna Shepherd-Jones at anna.jones@alsde.edu.
